Malcolm Johnson FCIOB - Group Chairman and Finance Director

Malcolm has a background in Contracting at management level spanning over 30 years. His roots as a Contract Surveyor and his experience at Director level during both the good and the difficult times the construction industry has endured over this time have developed his keen sense of commercial awareness that have helped to develop this company during the last 10 years. Malcolm has also built a progressive and dynamic team of Directors & Senior Managers around him and recognises the importance of people and the ability to deliver in this industry.

Gary Williams FCIOB - Managing Director

Gary has served as Project Surveyor, Contracts Manager and Regional Manager for one of the major nationals before taking on the challenging role of Construction Manager at Quadric.

Gary was promoted to Managing Director in July 2006.

Martin Gausden MCIOB - Commercial Director

Martin has honed to a fine art the skills of Tendering and works closely with our Clients and their Consultants to control costs.

Martin is responsible for a skilled Estimating and Buying Department.

Ruairdh McIntyre - Managing Surveyor

With considerable experience ranging across the complete spectrum of project sectors Ruairdh successfully leads a team of surveyors on a number of contracts

Ruairdh brings a focused approach to cost management to any scheme and builds up close links with our clients and design consultants creating and sustaining a culture and working environment that drives employee and client satisfaction.

Michael Miller - Project Director

Michael's attention to detail both in terms of quality and time have been developed over 25 years in the industry. Michael's trade skills as a carpenter and joiner have enabled him to progress through the ranks of Trade Foreman, Site Manager, Contracts Manager and now to Project Director. Michael now provides valuable support to our Site Management Teams and reports directly to our Managing Director.

Barry Richardson CMIOSH MIIRSM – Health and Safety Manager

Barry has a background in electrical installation within the construction industry and then spent 7 years developing into a health and safety role with a FTSE100 blue chip company. He has undertaken extensive studies in occupational safety and health, specialising in the effective management of high-risk construction activities. Barry works closely with the site teams and has ultimate authority for safety, health and welfare within the group. Barry is also the Quality Manager for our ISO9001:2000 system.
