Large Scale Residential Award - The Printworks, Baxters, Lewes

This recently completed Design and Build project for the development of a high density mixed use scheme, comprising flats, town houses and live work units within the historic town of Lewes has received the Large Scale Residential Award at the 2009 Sussex Heritage Trust Award Ceremony.
This development is in the heart of Lewes and was designed specifically to empathise and blend harmoniously within its historic, architectural and social context.
Throughout these works there was extensive archaeolgical interest.
