Quadric is continuing to build on its excellent and established relationship with the Crownwood Group and are very pleased to work in partnership with them on new housing developments.
Construction of six residential units in Medstead, Hampshire comprising four detached and two semi-detached dwellings each with adjoining garages and four bedrooms is on programme and due for completion in Spring 2010.
Works also continue in Farnham, Surrey for the development of fifteen residential units comprising two blocks of seven 3 storey dwellings, six single storey flats and two 2 storey flats.
Most recently this year, works commenced in Ashdown Forest for the construction of fourteen residential units, comprising one detached house, eight 3 storey town houses and five two storey town houses.
Further development opportunities are scheduled to commence in 2010 with a mixture of work in residential and commercial buildings.
